I AM
Peaceful:
Emotions, Sensations ,
& Feelings

The other day I had a splitting headache. We've all had them. I don't remember complaining. I remember saying/thinking -I am so glad I am off from work today so :

I can tend to myself

I can be by myself if needed

I can be selective who and what I am around.

Recently I was so hungry.

I don't remember complaining:

I can tend to myself

I am so glad I can feel hunger, it is an awesome messenger. I was reminded when I had no appetite and couldn't taste.

I was so grateful for my hunger.

The days have been so hot

I don't remember complaining

I was so grateful for awesome air conditioning

I was so grateful I am never bored

I was so grateful I love being with myself

I was so grateful I have a delightful mate

and 

lovely friends I can also be myself with

I don't remember complaining

I am so grateful.
