What you want eliminated from your life first.
Something that works for me is I'm not quick to eliminate things I feel I don't want.
More important to me is to first ask what purpose am I allowing for what is around me. I have gratitude for 'it all' first. I probably would've created or allowed for change earlier... if there wasn't some payoff.
Though if I begin tiring of whatever it is, I thank it and allow it to be on its way.
I create space for the newness that has let me know its desired now. love,selfcare
