Your Voice {affirming your needs & asking for what you need}
Often affirmations are used to see yourself in your best light as if to say... when you are hurting...(physically or otherwise)...
you are not your best.
Being your best means many things...For example, if you are 'not up to par' that you ask for what you need without guilt, shame or any less than feelings.
It is good to believe all your needs are met

It is also good to help things along when needed and just let others know how they can help you.

Sometimes surpassing limits is not doing more ... though powerful decisions to do less in areas that don't work for you.


Believe in your day... your life... your abilities...
and believe in yourself
