These lyrics are so true. Whenever you send positivity out into the world - joy, gratitude, kindness, cheerfulness, smiles, enthusiasm, enjoyment - it will always return to you in the form of positive experiences, people, conditions, ect. Of course, the same goes for negativity too. The world always reflects our emotions.
Anything that anyone gives attention to, becomes true
