This morning alone-

and I'm just getting started lol...

I was able to create a beautiful meal that will be something we love for a couple of days.

It was with new ingredients... and I wanted it to be filling, healthy, delightful and created with love.

I am not someone who jumps into things... 

{well not until I am *'feeling it'} 

*feeling that place that is doing with great intentions and love in my heart.

that meal is still cooking right now... I'm believing it will be something that will continue the flow which emanated from soulful design(:

Another wonderful thing is you begin appreciating everyone for everything so much more

I love happy little epiphanies which  surface everywhere.
