Say (in reference to yourself) ...."I love the person who feels,thinks, or did ____________. This will open you to more thought... backed by incredible self love... not self righteousness. Just try it. It feels wonderful! examples: in regard to 'self' w/others example: I love the person who...feels misunderstood. In regard to 'self' with self example I love the person who didn't do what was intended today.
