Whatever you give

your attention

to even for

vibrational

by your attention to it, you are inviting it.

You care what they think. It's like asking someone

who doesn't have any money to give you a loan.

In every case, negative emotion, doesn't matter what you call it, depression,

anger, frustration...always means you're turned away from what you want. The

way you feel, is a reflection of what you're focused upon.

It doesn't mean something bad is going to happen, and you're being warned.

It means you're turned away from what you want.

It doesn't mean you are unworthy and aren't going to get what you want, it

means you're trurned away from what you want.

It doesn't mean you should have done something different, earlier in your life, it

means you're turned away from what you want.

That's all negative emotion ever means "I'm pointed this way when I want

to go that way"

Turn your car around and go in the opposite direction, that's all negative

emotion is saying to you.

The navigational system in your car, your GPS, operates on the same principle,

letting you know where you are, in relation to where you want to be.

Negative emotion is not saying you're bad, it's not saying you're wrong, it's not

saying you should have done something differently, it's saying, you're pointed in

opposition of what you want, period. That's all it means. Negative emotion is

your best friend, for it is your "in the moment guidance" letting you know, for

the time being, you're not in harmony with what you've been saying you want.

Truth is simple. Very simple, so simple that a child

can understand it. In fact, so simple that "only" a child

can understand it. Unless you become a child again

you will not be able to understand it.

"achieve" or "earn" from you volcabulary

and from your understanding, altogether;

words with the word "allow" You're wanting

to allow your wellbeing, not achieve it. It's

not something that you need to earn. All you

have to do is decide what it is you would like

achieve it. It isn't something you have to

struggle for or try for. You are all worthy

beings. You are deserving of this wellbeing.

Because when you vent it, you never let it out.

People say "Oh, that's really good that you vented that" No, it wasn't.

"You vented it" is the same thing as "You practised the momentum of it"

When you are venting, you are going down the trail that you don't like.

Venting sucks! Don't vent. There's no reason to vent.

VENTING AND AFFIRMING

ARE THE SAME THING.

So many people are looking for the cure, the final bottle of

something. So this looking for a cure, looking for a product,

looking for the thing, the herb, the ritual, works against you

in so many ways, because it says - first of all - my wellbeing isn't

natural and, therefore, I need to find something,

some approach, some group, some pill, some diet

to tip the balance. And we want you to accept that

YOUR WELLBEING IS NATURAL.

We have to tell you

if you perceive yourself in a body

that does not please you,

there is not enough action

in the world to change that.

You can't eat little enough.

You can't walk hard enough.

You can't exercise enough

to change that.

Because your body is responding

to your mental imagery,

how personally,
