I've noticed some people are as wonderful as you allow them to be. I tend to do be more wonderful when lol ... when I'm appreciated. I now tend to appreciate myself with who I really am, and now I feel unimaginable acceptance for myself and others.

ease into my day and wake ever so perfectly when I look forward to affirmations on Bmindful straight up. I'm human I don't like everything, and contrast is valuable...though more often than not it seems: Some people dwell on things that bother them in varied ways. I dwell on things that lift my spirit in all the ways my spirit loves.

I often choose to focus less and less on what others are doing... I love to appreciate others, so somehow it just works out I can do both... as long as my intentions are allowing.
