★★A walk with Reiki and mindfulness...

As well as having a big clear in our home of things I no longer love or use I am also going through a mental clearing .I think my mind and soul are simplifying my life for me .It iis a wonderful feeling to let things go and a friend who runs a holistic therapy center is so happy to take a pile of books I want to share .I have such a big collection of them and am only keeping those that I will still read .

I was attuned many years ago but have only tried to use it on myself. I have also tried to send healing energy to you and your daughter.

I was attuned levels one and two but keep forgetting to do it .I am definatly starting self reiki again and going to be doing a food detox at the same time and then will start sending it too
