Here's a thought that helps me a lot. It was inspired from Abraham Hicks.
The idea is this...
There is always a stream of well-being, and the more we focus on it, and think about it, the more we attune to it, and come to experience it, and create circumstances and conditions that match it.
It's been said like this...God is goodness of every kind, and God is always everywhere and in everything. Which means, the only reason we don't experience this goodness in abundance is, we allow ourselves to 'lazily' focus on things right in front of us that bring us down.
Memorise this phrase...
"Things are always working out for me"
Next, practise this thought, and as you do, let yourself wonder, what it feels like, or how it might feel, if you could know that...
"Things are always working out for me"
The truth 'is' Everything is working out for you, but most don't experience this, because most people, focus on things in such a way as to believe otherwise.
Anything that anyone gives attention to, becomes true
