When anyone has been disrespectful, said something hurtful, or has been down right mean towards me it is natural for me to feel dejected, emotionally hurt, and maybe revengeful. Often it may be a misunderstanding or not. Sometimes it is an event or something that is happening or has hadhappened that is counter to my set of values. It is at these times when I have learned to pause and try not to overtly react or react at all. It is extremely hard for me to do nothing or say nothing. Sometimes I am successful and sometimes I am not at all successful in choosing to control my emotions. The thing is I have found if I can open my heart toward the person or situation and look at it from a heart felt understanding, non-judgemental way, and I follow the advise of John Wesley, and all the other quotes above, I feel much better about myself. So simply put, I totally agree unconditional love is where it is at!

Affirmation: “I freely open and share my warm and kind heart energy by radiating love and happiness."

Words are like seeds. When you write them out, they grow into your dreams and spark the imagination of others.
