I enjoy being in full self-expression and am pleased with all the gifts it has to offer.

I speak easily. I use my voice to connect. My words almost always bring positive things into my life.

I am Fearless, Bold and Audacious! I speak and act fully self-expressed and with total Confidence.

I am always ready to voice my agreement with people who are being vocal on certain issues. I DO matter, and it feels good to me to express areas of agreement as well as my other thoughts about a topic.

I believe I'm a wonderful person, and my words matter. I like expressing encouragement and support. I like being heard.

I easily and happily engage in conversation, whenever I want to connect with someone. I am in full self-expression now, without really trying very hard at all.

Using my voice to share myself with people is a really easy way for me to be right now.

Life is becoming livelier, as I enter into more and more conversations with people who seem interesting to me.

I create a happy world of Love, Laughter, Harmony and FUN! I do this by fully being with people, fully listening and fully loving ... and, by being fully Self-Exprssed.

I have a strong, clear voice. I use my words to bring my true self into the world and to show people I like, that I like them. My words are my honesty.

I'm a very verbal person, and I speak from my emotions -- easily, naturally and effortlessly.

I know what it feels like to cover up the true me, and it never really felt very good, so I hold a space for my own self-expression and that of others. We all step into full self-expression., whenever we feel like it.

The things I most wish to say, I say them gently and easily today.

I am very vocal about issues I care about, and I never really need an invitation to discuss things that are important to me.

I really am able now, to discuss the people and populations that are most important to me.
