List Of 10 Joy Today Affirmations

I have many ideas for things I can do today, that will make me feel good feelings about myself and my behaviors. I think, "What would I like to have accomplished today?" And then I make that happen.

I naturally enjoy the process of generating a lean, healthy body, and I effortlessly look forward to opportunities to drink water and eat carrots. This just feels good to me!

Doing the things that lead to favorite outcomes, is my favorite course of action. The universe has chosen me to do SOME of the work, and it happily meets me half way.

I feel good about having a lean and healthful body, and I am just feeling very pretty today.

I see myself as joyful and I create joyful intereractions with a lot of people today. I love cocreating with other people, and I allow them to script their own lines. This is totally a delightful game of improv!

I am just happy to be someone who collects and gathers small wins and gains, all day long, by interacting pleasantly and by bringing cucumbers and apples with me, to eat after work.

I am absolutely free to do the things that attract fun experiences into my life. I can easily imagine myself getting a 60-minute run in this afternoon.

I realize that I can thrive and prosper as a runner, just by putting on some running clothes and taking those first steps. I have the power to be very good at training my body. This comes to me naturally!
