I now release all memories, hurts and disappointments from past relationships and experiences.

I surrender my heart to the universe.

I no longer react negatively at the same situations that were emotional triggers in my former life. I let go of my need to repeat these mistakes. I have a new, wonderful life and no longer need these limitations, blame and negative emotions.

As I let go let go of any need to be in total control, I receive wonderful & magical surprises in my life!

I now let go and let God

I eliminate those things in my life which do not bring me joy or satisfaction.

I have learned not to hang on to things that are leaving my life. I trust that Trust that nothing ever leaves unless something better is on its way.

I let go of all that no longer serves me in a positive manner.

I let go of things which no longer serve me, allowing room for better things to come into my life.

I let go of my need to know how my desires in life will be attained. I instead have an open mind, allowing in the wonders of imagination and possibility.

With each breath I let go of any tension or stress that you are feeling.

I forgive those that have wronged me because I recognize in them traits I admire, and I even discover that I can bring out the good in others by believing that it exists.

I know that the past is history, so I let it go.

I have mastered the art of letting go.

I free myself from the "what if's", "if only's", "should have's" in life. I also free myself from the expectations of others!

I let go of all superficial things and invest my efforts instead in the timeless treasure that never fade!
