I Smile at Criticism. I see disagreement and discord as an opportunity for growth. I avoid becoming overly defensive towards criticism; I hear it and judge it objectively.
I Am Accountable for Myself. I must not waste mental energy finding blame in other's behavior, or in identifying myself as a victim. I have more control over my life than any other person has.
I know what my standards and ideals are. I attract people who genuinely meet my standards and ideals.
I Express My Feelings. I do not let anger get bottled up inside. If I have strong feelings, I sort them out and express them.
I Am Aware of Yourself. I do not stint my own needs for the sake of others. I realize I am an important focus. I must fulfill my own needs in order to continue to be effective. I must allow others to know I am true to my beliefs.

I Face My Weaknesses! I realize and accept that some traits are strengths and some are weaknesses. By facing my weaknesses, I overcome them and they have less power over me.
I Make Decisions. I am unafraid to have an opinion. I need to know how you feel about things in order to be effective.
I Am Aware of Others. I remember that there are 15 other personality types out there who see things differently than I see them. Most of my problems with other people are easier to deal with once I understand the other person's perspective.
