I am not spiritually descending at all...I am spIritually ascending, EASILY, effortlessly, naturally, supernaturally, now and always, eternally, with every moment, with every second, and in only very desirable ways...YES!

I ASK and I ALLOW myself to be lifted in vibration, to the frequency that will serve us best now. I allow the highest vibrational things to come into my being, as I re-member myself and my spiritual gifts of light and joy.

I accept a frequency of divine love, and I embody energies of acceptance and understanding, into my words, into my feeling space and into my imagination.

Wanting to reform the world without discovering one's true self is like trying to cover the world with leather to avoid the pain of walking on stones and thorns. It is much simpler to wear shoes.

I automatically release stagnant energy. I naturally let go of the pull to dwell on things that are going wrong in our society. I focus on our cues to bring more beauty into the world, and to manifest healing energies into our energetic signatures.

Lifting me above the demands and the impossibilities that are proposed by low frequencies, and transmuting the doings of the internalized darkness, becoming peace, becoming well-being, becoming alignment with what is good, becoming connection and loyalty.

I choose to enter into love, and I CHOOSE to use every moment as my opportunity to practice letting myself remain in love. Even while alone. Even while doing stuff online. Bringing blessings into my life, and spreading out, FLOWING.

I now understand the source of infinite well-being and infinite spiritual power. I connect to spirit in a vibrant way, that feels good, and leads to good things for all of us.
