Altruism: Just for today I will exercise my soul in three ways. I will do somebody a good turn and not get found out. I will do two things I do not want to do, just for the exercise. And I will not show anyone that my feelings are hurt.

I am persistent in reaching my goals

Mindful: Just for today I will have a quiet half hour by myself, to focus and relax. During this half hour, I will get a better perspective of my life, through an aware detachment from my senses and thoughts.

My inner vision is always clear and focused.
