It is nice to imagine that I've always had the spirit of a runner, but only when the time was right, could I start my actual training.

I like the idea of eating within a 5-hour fasting window, and having a body that's used to relying on glycogen and stored body fat as its energy sources.

I am successful in all areas of my work. There is no shortage of generosity and appreciation at work. We all help each other feel good and have fun! We are in a really fun mood at work, and people like me, and I like them.

My favorite thing, is that I am a road runner, and I am just putting miles on my legs. I can get creative when I want to, about pretty things to wear while running, and ways to mix it up, when I want a bit of change. I am good at training myself!

I am absolutely free to do the things that attract fun experiences into my life. I can easily imagine myself getting a 60-minute run in this afternoon.
