Whenever an opportunity arises, I like to encourage other women to feel comfortable and confident about who they are.

Most women like to feel beautiful, and I am no exception. Sometimes I just feel beautiful, and it really has nothing to do with my relationship status at all.

I feel emotionally abundant and seecure. More and more, I notice that it is safe to feel this way, and even quite natural to feel this way.

I feel kindness toward people, even when they are somewhat privileged, even when they are somewhat stigmatized. This is not a competition, and all people are worthy of my kindness.

It is especially enjoyable to connect with people who like the qualities I most like about myself, and to see my own good qualities reflected in others.
