When I am afraid, I embrace my inner strengths and transform fear into power

I dramatically enhance the quality of my life & relationships by focusing on what I am grateful for, who I appreciate, and all the good things that surround me.

I no longer react negatively at the same situations that were emotional triggers in my former life. I let go of my need to repeat these mistakes. I have a new, wonderful life and no longer need these limitations, blame and negative emotions.

I should never fear the darkness, for I know that only in the darkness can I see the stars.

I am now making amazing progress towards all of my goals.
