Something I'm really proud of, is that I look pretty in a pair of jeans, and something else I'm really proud of, is that the things I like best, are already a part of my diet, and a part of my wardrobe. Feeling lean and slinky is my new normal.

I like experiencing ways of eating that are positive, pleasant and healthful. I choose clean, healthy plant foods, along with plenty of baked or cooked starches to keep me happy and radiant.

When I move my body into traditional ballet stretches, and into more yoga-like stretches, my body remembers and restores old patterns of motion and energy.

I easily and happily dress in self-expressive ways -- I like having a lot of joy in my clothing and jewelry choices. I just think clothes look nice on me, and this is a fun thing about my body!

You're a force of nature, and you're SO delightfully engaged in what's imprtant to you. You are deepening your confidence as a dancer and as a yoga practitioner.
