I sometimes think that my life purpose consists of a few small victories here, and a few small victories there.

Whenever I sense a force encouraging me to send some kind energy somewhere -- to a person, to a group, to an issue -- I do it, and I feel good about that.

I live in a state of inner ease. I accept myself and my forms of self-expression, without wondering about the opinions or approval of others.

I ask to be rewired for a gentle understanding of others' insecurities and fears, and to be given ways to connect, however direct or indirect, however temporary or lasting.
