What if I were to spend time today sending energy to the issues I see bogging us down as a society? What if I were to dedicate energy to transforming areas of negative karma into positive emotions and actions?

Even if I used to fear intimacy or vulnerability, I feel quite happy to engage with others now, especially when there is a chance to share intimacy, depth and vulnerability.

I love and accept myself, needing no validation or stamp of approval from society.

All is well, and I accept that the reason why I've had a tendency to seek the attention and approval of my soul family, is because only when I am getting seen, do I feel visible and real and important to the world. I know now, I am good & this is pleasing
