I believe that there is always an alternative viewpoint. We don't ever have to see through harsh eyes. There is always a compassionate alternative.

The compassionate viewpoint of a situation occurs to me quite easily and naturally. I include others in my sphere on kindness, even those whose practices are not of kindness or inclusion.

My commitment to other beings is complete. I include all beings in a field of empathy and kind wishes. I am on the same side as all humans -- no one is on the opposing team.

I've found the wellspring of kindness within me, and that makes me very happy.

We have the ability to feel an affectionate warmth for all beings we encounter or can imagine. Our hearts are not one size too small. The way is shown to us, and that is good.
