I like and trust many people on this planet. I am guided toward expressions of affection and caring. My speech and body language are infused with gentleness and empathy. My kind intentions are understood and received, almost all of the time.

I am my own teacher. How could I not teach myself to seek the compassionate alternative in all ways?

Viewpoints that divide humans against one another are not useful, natural, normal or necessary. I choose viewpoints that bring out our connections, compassion and commonalities.

The compassionate viewpoint of a situation occurs to me quite easily and naturally. I include others in my sphere on kindness, even those whose practices are not of kindness or inclusion.
