There are so many ways in which you have come to see your own practices as natural, normal, and nice. People drink water all the time. It is what all humans have done since the beginning of time. It is only recent, that we lost our thirst mechanism.

When you think about hope, you recognize that hope and self-efficacy really are closely combined. If you allow yourself to think that your situation will always be, what it always used to be, then you naturally feel down.

One of the things that is not good here on earth, is that we have very little in the way of handbooks or instructions, about what we can do when discouraged, disappointed or distressed.

I understand the struggles women tend to face in having a human body, and this seems to be an important part of how and why I connect to the people I connect to.

My self-image is completely of my own choosing. I can see myself as a being of quiet beauty, if that feels good to me today.
