I am in full expression now. I express all parts of my true self into the world, including and especially my kindness for others and my empathy for humanity.

You are living very much an energy pattern of stepping into your purpose and stepping into your chosen roles. You are asking your team of guides to point out opportunities to connect with others, in an unsuppressable way.

Whenever I sense a force encouraging me to send some kind energy somewhere -- to a person, to a group, to an issue -- I do it, and I feel good about that.

I daily invite the angels into my realm of mind and thought, to cleanse away feelings of directionlessness, worries and doubts, for although I experience background worries, they are easily handed over, easily released -- I am remembering to do this often
