I have a strong voice, and am not afraid to say what I think.

It is safe for me to eat the way I want to eat, and exercise if and when i want to exercisee.

People have been taught to be size bigots, but their programming doesn't feel scary or threatening. It's just some lies that people were taught -- no biggie!
