I draw to myself the kinds and amounts of affection I am capable off receiving. Sometimes it's good to receive in comfortable amounts and slowly increase my capacity for receiving friendship and intimacy.

I care very much for people who unknowingly or unthinkingly uphold stigma or oppression. I help turn the tide of bad karma for people who have problematic behaviors towards others.

I know I am here to change some habits or patterns of thinking, and these types of habits can be very powerful. If I want, I can think of all the ways I could shift, change and reprogram myself. This is a very good first step.
