I accept the things I cannot change

I affirm from the depths of my being that loving myself is part of everything I am and everything I do.

I am joyful and laugh everyday.

-I let go of all these thoughts that don't serve me, even if they feel like reality. They are not reality. I create my joy and my reality with my thoughts and ideas as long I am true to what is best inside me and I am grateful for the day.

There is an amazing book out there waiting for me to write it and today I do!
