Hi,

I was looking for some christian affirmations. I found quite a few. Now comes the hard work!

Where are you from? What do you use this site for?

Interesting question, Mark..what do I use this site for? I could give you a wonderful list(: People on this site are a diverse group with many things in common: a good loving heart, wanting to be around upbeat caring people and sharing good ideas about moving forward on their unique journeys.

You can make any type of affirmations you choose. If you choose ones that are more religious in nature, you can add them to your list. People can see your affirmations, if you allow them by adding them as your friend. They can use your affirmations, and you can use theirs.

We share things that have to with our day or our journeys in life. If you have specific more private things to ask or share with others, you can send a private email (if you get the premium membership).

This is not a religious site, but it is not anti-religious. People are very respectful of individual views and diverse backgrounds.

I guess if I could sum up the site, it’s respectful(:

Have I answered your question?

Hi Laurie,

Well, that’s great!

Yes, I copied a lot of the affirmations that I saw and modified them to suit my own purposes. I will upload them as soon as I get them straightened out the way I like them. Of course the work is in taking the time to do the work to make those affirmations a part of you and try to live it.

You said a mouthful there, Life certainly is a journey! There are many bumps, twists and turns, and up and downs and many roads. Life is a struggle but those struggles help to build us into the people we are. The trick is to find the road that leads to somewhere where your life has purpose and meaning and just doesn’t end up being another dead end.

I hope you are having a nice day! It’s raining here and its cold but in my head it’s sunny and warm!

Mark

A journey is with one step at a time, with some direction in mind (based on what you’ve learned and what you are learning all of the time).

You are surrounded by people who care, here. Like you do with your affirmations, modify what you learn to suit my own purposes.

I love what you said that it is raining by you, but in your head it’s sunny and warm. Sounds like you know what you’re doing and how to begin each moment. Laurie(: My best to you!!!
