I deserve all good in my life and I accept it now, it is my birthright. Life brings to me only good experiences. I release the past and allow the joy to flow into my life now. Today I experience abundance.

I love and accept myself as I am. I am always dong the best I can in any situation. I have perfect health. I am loving, creative and intelligent. I appreciate the miracle that is my body and I take loving care of it.
