Starting now, my life is better. I give myself permission to dismiss any mistake I've made.

I take care of myself by eating and sleeping properly

I wake up each and every morning refreshed and renewed.

I am wide-awake, full of energy and ready to EMBRACE whatever today brings.

I send healing, loving energy and compassion to those in need.

Abode is neat and tidy; time expands from wise and efficient use.

If I notice myself feeling anxious or depressed, I use positive, uplifting words to raise my energy.
