Hello , I am Eleftheria and I think bmindful is very interesting and helpfull I find many answers to my questions and I hope it will give me a chance to make new friends and exchange thoughts and ideas. I find affirmations very helpfull and want to learn more about them and how to make them work for me. Regards Eleftheria
