I am looking forward to the reward of a slimmer and more energized me.

It's okay to leave food on my plate when I am full.

I will devote 30 minutes a day to exercising my wonderful, strong body

I am a healthy, fit, & a happy size 12

I AM motivated to lose every ounce of body fat that I desire.

When I wake up in the morning, my body feels thinner and thinner.

If I can't stop at one or two cookies, then I will not have any at all

I am fully aware that know that a well-nourished body is essential to my success in all things. As I nurture my body it take me where I want to go.

I crave healthy food.

When I think I am full, I stop eating.

I love to drink water.

My metabolism is automatically adjusted to support my weight loss goal.

I am excited that I am heading in the right direction to my ideal weight, I cant wait!

I have an ideal relationship with the foods I eat

Nothing tastes as good as being slender feels

I eat small healthy meals throughout the day, because I now honor and respect my body fully

I will meet my weight loss goals.

I now easily reduce weight and love doing it

I am losing weight, and it feels wonderful.

As I lose weight I get healthier and healthier

I eat only when I am hungry

I can clearly see myself easily achieving and maintaining my goal weight

Weight drops from my body.

I eat only to fuel my body when needed

I am fit and healthy

I eat healthy and nutritious foods

I am maintaining my ideal body weight easily and effortlessly now.

Every day I get closer to my ideal weight

I maintain a healthy weight

I will look forward to life.

I believe in the serenity prayer and the fact I can change my life.

I recite the serenity prayer minimum of 4 times daily

I daily give thanks for my family,my God, and my life.

I am beautiful inside and out

I know I can reach 150# and stay there.

I can do all things through God. who strengthens me

I will lose weight each day.

I will create a home full of joy and peace.

I am persistent in reaching my goals

I love myself and I am in charge of my own happiness

I attract positive people into my life

I love myself for who I am.

Today, I will attract pleasing things into my life by creating them in my own mind, confident that they will attract other positive energies to me.

I possess an endless supply of creativity, energy and tolerance for any project that I assume.

I am worthy of love.

My possibilities are endless.

I will remain confident and unaffected by negative attitudes around me

My inner vision is always clear and focused.

I am fit, healthy and attractive.

I am so grateful for the wonderful things 2008 is bringing into my life - my dreams and goals are coming to fruition and I am so thankful! I release all negative energy from my life and choose to focus only the wonderful abundance in this world!!!
