wow. I am not sure how i got here, looking for an affirmation is the easy answer. More complicated was reading of neuro plasticity, “the brain tht changes itself” and being sure this old brain, set in its ways could not change itself or not pursue ingrained habits. Then one day i realized it was more than three years that i had had a drink, that it was more than three years that i had had a cigarette, and that i was making a weekly affirmation. I need to embark on at least one new change, to learn to love, and to learn to be loved, and to learn to take care of my self, my health, including weight loss and exercise. so will it be on to a life of mind body spirit. I had been saying that for years, but am beginning to learn the meaning of mind body spirit. I tried to do a daily affirmation, but found it took 23 1/2 hours a day to develop one. this weeks affirmation likely will be ONe must learn humility to learn who one is.
