My grateful heart recharges my soul and revitalizes my body.

I am organized and productive. I am energetic, and I enjoy getting my life in order.

I am unlimited in my own ability to create the good in my life.

I recognize that awareness is the first step in healing or changing. I become more aware with each passing day.

I release the pattern of procastination within me. I act with speed and resolve.

Divine peace and love surround me and dwell in me. I trust the process of life.

An abundance of Energy flows through me now, I am motivated and productive today

I can learn something from each and every person I speak with.

I define my own self-worth. My self-worth is infinite.

I deeply love whole self: my mind, my body, my soul.

I have infinite self-worth, self-respect, self-control, self-discipline, self-love, self-mastery, self-confidence and self-sufficiency!!!!!!!!

I now take complete and total control of my internal images, dialog and feelings.

I have worked too hard on my recovery from this addiction to jepordize or sacrifice it to even just one drag!

It seems as though every part of my whole life is sweeter and better because of being smoke free.

I speak positively to myself about not smoking and staying smokefree is easier for me!

I am in control, this situation is always in my own hands and I can do with it what I wish.

I want to live and nourish the sacred in me.

I give myself permission to relax, to feel good, to breathe deeply and fully and to really enjoy being a regenerating, constantly renewing, non-smoker at all times and in all circumstances!

Being a non-smoker is easy for me, after all, I was born that way - and it is the natural way for me to be!

I enjoy freedom from nicotine and all of its side effects.

I truly enjoy being smokefree, I feel better and better about myself being smokefree!

Taking care of myself physically and spiritually is very important to me. I enjoy keeping myself fit and feeling good about myself. I give up all habits that obscure my highest good.

Being smoke free is having a positive impact on every area of my whole life.

I truly enjoy breathing clean, fresh air, I enjoy being healthier and being in control of my own body, mind, and emotions.

It is so good to finally be free from cigarettes! The more time that passes the better I feel!

I choose to see smoking for what it really is: weak, stress and anxiety driven, stupid, deadly, AND self-destructive - and I know that just has no more place in my life, at all.

I enjoy knowing that my lungs are regenerating continuously as I continue to refrain from smoking.

I see in my mind a clear picture of myself having already accomplished my own true goal.

I give up all habits that obscure my highest good!

I am so proud of myself for making this effort and for sticking with it!

I am totally able to achieve any and every goal which I set for myself.

I exercise reasonably and regularly.

I accept my present situation knowing that good is going to come from it.

I am loving and accepting of others and this creates lasting frienships for me.

I am nonsmoker who has no problems being around smokers

I am passionate about my career and it reflects in monetary reward.

My talents and skills are in constant demand, my clients are happy and satisfied, and I prosper.

I now have a full schedue of clients and lots of requests from new clients to see me.

I am a respected, trusted professional and doors of opportunity and abundance are opening to me now

Excellent professional opportunities come to me regularly from a variety of sources

I deliver true value with my work. I am always a top performer!

I am dynamic and full of energy and passionate about what I do.

My work is fun and effortless and I constantly receive divine guidance.
