I started out my weight loss journey at 227 lbs on Jan 1st, 2011. By June of 2011 I’d lost 42 lbs, and then I hit a wall. I ended up gaining back 22 lbs, and then in February of 2012 I adopted a pescatarian lifestyle, and started using positive affirmations. I’m now BACK ON TRACK and losing weight again, and I feel better than I ever have before. It’s so much easier to stick to my nutrition plan when I can tell myself “I effortlessly stay on track” and it’s TRUE.
