I have been reading a book by Doreen Virtue, it is called Losing Your Pounds of Pain and another book of hers is called Constant Craving: What Your Food Cravings Mean and How to Overcome Them…both of these books a very interesting books and I highly recommend all to read…She says and I believe now that it makes sense to me is that the weight we carry around on our bodies is the :pain: we have experienced through our lives. By going into ourselfs, meaning sorting out our feelings and reasons why we reach for food is what we are lacking inside ourselfs. Doreen also has a list of foods that we crave for and she has beside each food crave affirmations. Its a amazing book - Constant Craving: What Your Food Cravings Mean and How to Overcome Them…It is really helping me deal with my cravings…Chocolate :) xxx
