I am thankful for opportunities to bring joy into others' lives.

Today i will practice gratitude, i will practice saying thank you even for problems in my life, because these challenges are valuable lessons that i can learn from. Gratitude is the key that turns problems into blessings, and the unexpected into gifts.

It is through gratitude and appreciation of all around me in life that I find true contentment.

I am grateful for my gifts that make others happy.

As I count your blessings every day, I find that even an uneventful day is filled with precious gifts.

I absorb the wisdoms of my life, allowing experience to inform my actions, my choices, in this moment. I honor yesterday for the lessons I have learned. I absorb these lessons into my life & am thankful for what I have been taught, & how I have grown.
