I trust that all things will resolve themselves or be resolved perfectly in due time.

I no longer worry about what other people think.

Today I release the need to gain the approval of others.

I am worth fighting for. My needs, wants, desires, opinions and beliefs matter

I accept myself as I am.

I will not allow myself to settle for less than what I really want!

It's okay to be who I am.

I will not take what people say personally

I alone have the right to determine the direction and quality of my life!

I am not afraid to be different.

My past mistakes do not define me.

My inner peace remains unaffected by outside circumstances.

Today I am so strong that I allow nothing to disturb my peace of mind.

I choose in this moment to be at peace

This too shall pass.

Today is a new day. I will not look back at yesterday, so that I may walk confidently into today.
