I am a “foodie” sooo today I had chuck roast with mushroom gravy (cooked in a crock pot until fork tender) with baked macaroni and cheese and green beans. It was scrumptiously mouth watering delectable. I ate a sensible portion, did not make a pig of myself, but I sure wanted to. :)
