Hows this for a trick.
You’re tired and want to take a power nap, but you know you’ll feel groggy and not really with it for the rest of the day if your alarm wakes you up when you’re not ready to rouse.
So…
Grab a large glass of water and drink it quickly, then settle down in bed for your nap. Before long, you’ll wake up naturally for the obvious reasons!
It seems that the quicker you drink the water the quicker it goes through you. Remember too that if you’re not already hydrated, you might need a few glasses for this little trick to work.
Pretty handy though!
