I am new to the site and I am encouraged by what I see. I have an Iphone and I am new to it also. I would like to be able to transfer my “new affirmations, now and in the future to my Iphone …both so I could see them and read them from my phone to myself…. and second see if I can figure out how to have them on my Iphone so as that I may somehow input them to the iphone “in an audible” way so that I may record of listen to them as I “meditate, breathe, and focus on them often…. thanks ahead of time for any tips on how to accomplish these two tools… And what does MP3 and RRS mean…are thouse the tools I need to learn to accomplish the above.
