The title of this thread was going to be Easing Into This Brand New Day… though you and I know, you can ease into each new moment throughout the day, and when we truly realize that … why settle for ease just 1x? (:
So … on that note allow anything that works for you to create your fresh new moment as you like it(:
enjoy and prosper

I am loving this brand new moment. I am aware of precious people who care. I am aware of the food I chose and allowed myself to eat. I am aware of this brand new day ahead.
I am in this moment easing … allowing… being… Thank you Thank you Thank you.

I no longer look at morning writing as a Mind Dump… it sounds like a garbage truck.

as a mind clearing and solution flow

Easing into these fresh new moments was a great experience. Now will do 2 things.
start the process again and continue (:
I am quiet and can easily hear my heart’s song.
I am joyful listening to my inner spirit.
I choose the peace that surpasses all understanding.
I accept only love into the sacred space of my soul.
I lovingly nurture myself in all that I do and all that I am.
I joyfully allow love, joy and good health to flow through my mind,body and spirit
I pronounce this a new and wonderful day for me.
I let go and move forward, I am joyously free
It is wonderful to let go of everything that no longer serves me and embrace my future
My journey is my own and it is beautiful.
I make great choices for me and my life
I can use all the self-care tools in my toolbox to take me further
I use self-care not self-control
All the Good needed for this day is done here and now. Thank you, thank you, thank you God and it is so Amen

Today is that moment, that I decide it’s that day that answers my prayers.

I have eased into many moments - I know how to do this well
Only this fresh new moment
is different
I need not look at it like any other
bunch of moments,
it isn’t
and it wouldn’t serve me to do this
Because the newness is what allows it’s magnificence
The qualities that bring newness demand new energy
The moment already has this
Therefore that is what I will bring to it
