This is how I began :
In this moment I am establishing my self care priorities.

I am establishing what it means to do things in the order that will give me the ease and results my desired life is asking of me.

I acknowledge rest as one of the most important things in my life.

I acknowledge it is okay to cry when I am hurting because my tears are filled with love.

I acknowledge I am an excellent cook, and I can create energizing meals.

It is Okay to miss my beloved mate after the length and quality of our marriage.

It is OKay to be in disbelief that he is not physically here.

It is Okay I cannot have the conversations I would love to have with my spouse. It’s okay because our love is alive forever.

It is Okay to feel like I don’t want to do things. It is okay to know my gifts which can create the passion I AM in all things I desire completed.

It is Okay to not be able to do things when I get too tired or need to eat.


It is Okay to be grateful and appreciative for  the life I

had

and to carry the love

I lived into each fresh new day 

It is okay to look forward to my thoughts of my life

before

and my life now…

because both my past and my future

have my Creator watching over me.

I focus on my whys.

I want my life to be healthy and joyous at all levels in my mental, physical, spiritual world.

I make a fresh new  commitment every day.

I make a commitment to my life and create intentions and beautiful decisions daily … and throughout my day every day.

I am aware of decisions.

I AM GENTLE AND FIRMLY DISCIPLINED .

I make a commitment to a new way of living!

I celebrate BEFORE DURING  AND AFTER ALL OF MY DECISIONS.
