It is my hope I can create a thread around honoring loved ones.
Feel free to share what works for you
My definition of greatness
is to be greater than your environment,
to be greater than your body,
and to be greater than time.
And if you do, you will be great.
I mean, that’s it!” – Dr. Joe Dispenza
I will honor my loved one by remembering their highest values.
I will honor my loved ones by remembering what they loved .
I will honor my loved one by celebrating their spirit.
I will honor my loved one by remembering all the good times.
I will honor my loved one by being healthy, peaceful and appreciative.
I will honor my loved ones by enjoying the things they enjoyed.
I will honor my loved ones by being true to myself with the Love I Really AM.
I will honor my loved one by remembering just how much I was loved and the ways I was shown.
I will honor my loved one by remembering how I always wanted the best for them and how they always wanted the best for me.
I will honor my loved one by creating special days/moments that I do something only they will know is in their honor
I will honor my loved one by going to our favorite places and continuing to enjoy.
I will honor my loved one by keeping us both in prayer.
I will honor my loved one by writing about them and ‘to them’

Well, one way that has been a significant help, is to truly write, journal directly to my person I love, in a letter format.
I honor them, and I honor me.

to be greater than your body,

Today I honor and respect my loved one by simply and powerfully honoring and respecting them.
