...I think back to conversations with loved ones when I was growing up...

and oh how I wish... I had the opportunity to have the gifts of time, experience and awareness...

I would've allowed more ' I Love You's'  and less of whatever it is we have to do in life to recognize that(:

I would find more time to get to know those I loved for who they were and their desires... What a gift that would be!

I find myself saying I wish various loved ones were still alive so I could ask.... or I could say.... or just spend one more moment.

So instead, like Ella Wheeler Wilcox so beautifully stated in the quote above...There is just no satisfaction that can compare with looking back across the years and finding you've grown...

And instead, I remember the love that was always present and how the things I cannot change were in the context of my loving growth.
