Positive Affirmations

Hi,

I have a question regarding the effectiveness of using “Positive Affirmations”From what I understood from MBT if you focus your intent on something, you are able, to some extent (within the uncertainty of the system) to change the probability of a specific event to unfold in your favour. Can we consider positive affirmation a tool that helps us to better focus our intent in order to bias an outcome? If that is the case being very clear and specific opposed to affirming a more generic statement, will be more effective in moving the probability? For instance saying “I have a cholesterol level within healthy range” instead of“I have perfect health”

Please help.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
