  1. I truly see the benefits of structuring my meals and other basic care.
  2. Whether I am hungry or not, I eat delicious nutritious meals I love.
  3. I eat well at my meal times.
  4. Whether I go out or not, I dress and take awesome care of myself… just for me.

 

5. My high vibrations are proactive!

  6.→   I am doing what needs to be done today and everyday.

7. Each day I allow time for my 'energy work'... which btw isn't work!
